| What a sweet product. The "Set it and Forget it" technology it great, no more checking the pan to see how your chips are doing. Perfectly smokes your food, does not over cook (unless you program it to). Have done sausage, salmon and even cheese. Great! Up next, whole turkeys for the holidays, can't wait! |

| I did a lot of research and this is the best deal. I am so glad I got the 6 rack versus the 4 rack...it is worth the investment. Very easy to use, just set and go. Make sure you buy a lot of pellets, I got the starter variety pack, but realized that it takes a lot more pellets, so I had to get the large box. Great instructions, still working on recipes for the perfect ribs, but this smoker was a great investment...was my hubby's Christmas present. |
